Ben Simpson is a NYC based performer who is a recent graduate from Circle in the Square Theater School. In the past two years he has performed in two professional workshops and three shows in the Circle Graduate Repertory Season. Roles include Nigel in SOMETHING ROTTEN, Doug in Gruesome Playground Injuries, Perry Wilder in WAKEMAN: a new musical by Jen Grinels, Don Jon/ Verges in MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING and Senator in THE CREATURE (Alexa Derman).

He grew up in San Francisco, California where he studied at both the Marin School of the Arts, where he was nominated for the Rita Moreno Award for outstanding featured actor in a musical, and at (ACT) American Conservatory of Theater in SF. He has been featured in masterclasses with Tony Award Winner Cady Huffman (The Producers, Will Roger’s Follies) and Wicked’s current “Glinda”, Allie Trimm.
